COMMISSION OPINION of 14 July 1981 addressed to the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany concerning the implementation of Council Directive 79/1034/EEC amending Directive 79/116/EEC concerning minimum requirements for certain tankers entering or leaving Community ports (1) (81/615/EEC) 1. By letter of 2 September 1980, pursuant to Article 3 of the abovementioned Directive, the Permanent Representation of the Federal Republic of Germany forwarded to the Commission the draft of a third "Verordnung zur Änderung der allgemeinen Lotsordnung". 2. Following examination of this document, the Commission has ascertained that the measures proposed by the German Government fully implement the provisions contained in the Directive in question.
