Corrigendum to Council Regulation (ECSC, EEC, Euratom) No 2799/85 of 27 September 1985 amending the Staff Regulations of officials and the conditions of employment of other servants of the European Communities

On page 7, Article 34 (relating to Article 32):

for:

‘“The servant may appeal against this decision to the Invalidity Committee provided for in Article 4(1) of the Staff Regulations.”’,

read:

‘“The servant may appeal against this decision to the Invalidity Committee provided for in Article 9(1) of the Staff Regulations.”’.
