Activation reason:
Due to heavy rains and widespread flooding, the Serbia declared a State of Emergency for the whole territory of the Republic. The most seriously affected regions are Kolubara, Mačva and Morava. Critical infrastructure systems are severely affected in several parts of the country, including railway traffic between Belgrade and Nis.
