Here you can find comparative information on guidance and support after judicial proceedings for all the EU28 Member States on the basis of information collected from national and international databases. The data is available on e.g:
Evidence that child offenders understand the information they receive about the decision or judgement;
In the context of the child's right to information and the right to be heard, legal obligation to communicate and explain to a child victim the given decision or judgment in a language adapted to the child's level of understanding;
Evidence that children were satisfied with the health, social and therapeutic care they received after trial proceedings;
Legal obligation to secure the right of children to claim compensation for damages caused by the offence.
