Abstract: Democratizing French Real Estate Data
RefCadastrale.fr is a high-performance web platform that makes French real estate and cadastral data instantly accessible to citizens. This project demonstrates how to handle massive national open datasets (over 150GB of BDNB, DVF, and API Carto data) by transforming them into lightweight, pre-computed data shards. By moving away from slow live-API queries and utilizing a static generation pipeline, the platform serves detailed street-level property data with a Time-To-First-Byte (TTFB) of under 50ms.
