Promoting innovation in Switzerland

Swisscom Open Data is a Swiss website, made available by Swisscom, a major telecommunications provider in Switzerland, that provides developers with access to 39 anonymous datasets in four areas - communication, mobility, network, and sites - to promote innovation in Switzerland. The website aims to encourage users to shape digitalisation in Switzerland by acting as a single point of access to these datasets. Users can filter their search to find the datasets they are interested in, for example by filtering on year and topic. These datasets are collected from Swisscom’s areas of activity (communication, mobility, network, and sites). Once they are collected, Swisscom prepares it and makes the data available on their open data platform Swisscom Open Data.
