As the European Union is taking significant steps to improve the power
of open data in the public sector, the High-value Datasets
Implementing Regulation
[http://data.europa.eu/eli/reg_impl/2023/138/oj] will enter into force
in June. These datasets are recognised for their great social and
economic benefits.

The upcoming webinar will be divided into two sections, providing a
comprehensive view of the HVD Implementing Regulation. Firstly,
insights from the research report ‘High-value Datasets Best
Practices in Europe’ will showcase the challenges and successes in
the implementation of HVD requirements by the Member States that
contributed to the report. The second part of the webinar will be
about connecting with reusers; sharing real-life examples from
businesses leveraging HVDs for innovative products and services will
be explored, followed by interactive sessions with the audience.

What is in it for you? This webinar will give valuable insights to the
audience about the importance and benefits of HVDs, promoting a
unified approach to leveraging public sector data across the EU.
Stakeholders will engage directly with content, benefiting from
real-time explanations and discussions that enhance understanding and
implementation of HVD regulations.
