Pursuant to Articles 61 and 62 of the Gas Market Act (‘Official Gazette’, No. 18/18 and 23/20), the Croatian Energy Regulatory Agency publishes the following

Public call for tender for selection of gas supplier under the public service obligation for the distribution area of the distribution system operator Brod-plin d.o.o. for construction and maintenance of the gas network, gas distribution and supply, thermal energy production, distribution and supply, Trg pobjede 5, Slavonski Brod, has been published on September 5, 2023.

The accompanying documentation for the public call for tender for selection of gas supplier under the public service obligation for the distribution area of the distribution system operator Brod-plin d.o.o. for construction and maintenance of the gas network, gas distribution and supply, thermal energy production, distribution and supply, Trg pobjede 5, Slavonski Brod, has been published on the official website of the Croatian Energy Regulatory Agency (www.hera.hr).
