This rectification was given effect to by a procès-verbal of rectification which was signed in Brussels on 28 July 2004 with the Council and the Secretariat of the ACP States as co-depositories.
On page 278, in Annex VI: ‘LIST OF LDLICS’, Article 5:
Article 5 is replaced as follows:
