DECISION OF THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE
No 125/2010
of 10 November 2010
amending Annex XX (Environment) to the EEA Agreement
THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE,
Having regard to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, as amended by the Protocol adjusting the Agreement on the European Economic Area, hereinafter referred to as ‘the Agreement’, and in particular Article 98 thereof,
Whereas:

(1) |
Annex XX to the Agreement was amended by Decision of the EEA Joint Committee No 93/2010 of 2 July 2010 (1). |
|
(2) |
Commission Decision 2009/967/EC of 30 November 2009 on establishing the ecological criteria for the award of the Community Ecolabel for textile floor coverings (2) is to be incorporated into the Agreement. |
|
(3) |
Commission Decision 2010/18/EC of 26 November 2009 on establishing the ecological criteria for the award of the Community Ecolabel for wooden floor coverings (3) is to be incorporated into the Agreement, |
HAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1
The following points shall be inserted after point 2z (Commission Decision 2009/543/EC) of Annex XX to the Agreement:

Article 2
The texts of Decisions 2009/967/EC and 2010/18/EC in the Icelandic and Norwegian languages, to be published in the EEA Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union, shall be authentic.
Article 3
This Decision shall enter into force on 11 November 2010, provided that all the notifications pursuant to Article 103(1) of the Agreement have been made to the EEA Joint Committee (4).
Article 4
This Decision shall be published in the EEA Section of, and in the EEA Supplement to, the Official Journal of the European Union.
