Article 1
The European Public Prosecutor’s Office shall assume the investigative and prosecutorial tasks conferred on it by Regulation (EU) 2017/1939 on 1 June 2021.
Article 2
This Decision shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
