amending Regulation (EC) No 2283/2002 fixing the export refunds on cereal-based compound feedingstuffs

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1766/92 of 30 June 1992 on the common organisation of the market in cereals(1), as last amended by Regulation (EC) No 1666/2000(2), and in particular Article 13(3) thereof,

Whereas:

(1) Commission Regulation (EC) No 2283/2002(3) sets export refunds on cereal-based compound feedingstuffs.

(2) A check has shown that its Annex is not consistent with the measures presented for an opinion to the Management Committee; therefore, the Regulation should be corrected,

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:

Article 1

The Annex to Regulation (EC) No 2283/2002 is replaced by the Annex to this Regulation.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on 21 December 2002.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
