On page 274, in Section C (Reserve risk method 1), paragraph 2, point (e)(ii), of Annex XVII:
for:
‘the variance of the amount referred to paragraph 1(a) in a particular segment and financial year is quadratic in the provision for claims outstanding in a particular segment and financial year;’
read:
‘the variance of the amount referred to in paragraph 1(a) in a particular segment and financial year is quadratic in the best estimate of the provision for claims outstanding in a particular segment and financial year;’.
