The study will aim to assess cross-border sales activity from a retail perspective. It will aim to assess the views of SMEs concerning their experience related to cross-border transactions and also their views on certain consumer protection measures.
The results by volumes are distributed as follows:
- Volume A: Countries
- Volume AA: Groups of countries
- Volume A' (AP): Trends
- Volume AA' (AAP): Trends of groups of countries
- Volume B: EU/socio-demographics
- Volume B' (BP) : Trends of EU/ socio-demographics
