The 4th European Cybersecurity Skills Conference will take place on 4–5 November 2026 in Larnaca, Cyprus. Organised by ENISA and the Digital Security Authority of Cyprus, the event will bring together EU institutions, national authorities, industry, academia and training providers to discuss Europe’s evolving cybersecurity skills needs.

Participants will exchange experiences and good practices on skills development, recognition and professional mobility. The programme will explore the impact of artificial intelligence on the cybersecurity workforce and the ongoing revision of the European Cybersecurity Skills Framework, including how it can support training pathways, career development and workforce assessment.
