Flash Eurobarometer 135: Internet and the Public at large

One of the objectives of this survey is to examine home Internet through measurement of access rates, type of access fitted, terminals used, as well as security features installed. This study also aims at analysing the environment in which the Internet is used and how frequently citizens go on-line. A final objective is to reveal the general reasons for using the Internet including contacting a public administrative body and shopping on-line.
The results by volumes are distributed as follows:
- Volume A: Countries
- Volume AA: Groups of countries
- Volume A' (AP): Trends
- Volume AA' (AAP): Trends of groups of countries
- Volume B: EU/socio-demographics
- Volume B' (BP) : Trends of EU/ socio-demographics
