Deskrizzjoni

The survey paid special attention to the so-called guarantees that the Irish government secured in a separate treaty, with regard to the right to nominate a national Commissioner and to retain Irish sovereignty in decisions on ‘ethical’ matters such as abortion and gay rights, and in taxation and defence matters.
