EU Open Data Days call for proposals for EU DataViz and EU Datathon

The Publications Office of the European Union invites experts to contribute to the EU Open Data Days, taking place from 23 to 25 November 2021. The EU Open Data Days is a collection of events centred around European data and offers a unique opportunity for the open data community to meet, share experience with experts in the field, and discover successful data-driven projects. There are two opportunities where you can participate:

     1. As a speaker at EU DataViz

This conference on open data and visualisation invites experts from all sectors worldwide to participate, including academia, private entities, journalists, data visualisation professionals, EU institutions, and national public administrations. Share your ideas, successful projects, and best practices by submitting a proposal before 21 May 2021.

     2. As a competitor in EU Datathon

This annual open data competition is open to data enthusiasts worldwide and welcomes proposals for solutions or ideas that demonstrate the value of open data. Your entry in the competition should showcase opportunities for businesses or social enterprises and provide new approaches to goals that are prioritised by the European Commission. Enter the competition before 21 May 2021.
