Special Eurobarometer 447: Online platforms

This report presents the results from a new Eurobarometer survey about the use of online platforms within the EU, focusing especially on search engines, online social networks and online marketplaces. It also explores a range of issues relating to the use of these online platforms, including digital literacy, consumer concerns, the use of personal data, and the perceived need for further regulations.
The results by volumes are distributed as follows:
- Volume A: Countries
- Volume AA: Groups of countries
- Volume A' (AP): Trends
- Volume AA' (AAP): Trends of groups of countries
- Volume B: EU/socio-demographics
- Volume B' (BP) : Trends of EU/ socio-demographics
