Evidence that child offenders understand the information they receive about the decision or judgement;
In the context of the child's right to information and the right to be heard, legal obligation to communicate and explain to a child victim the given decision or judgment in a language adapted to the child's level of understanding;
Evidence that children were satisfied with the health, social and therapeutic care they received after trial proceedings;
