Flash Eurobarometer 442: Insolvency
Opis
Recently the European Commission issued a recommendation to develop new approaches to protect the rights of creditors, but also to assist businesses in financial difficulty. The current Insolvency Initiative will follow up this recommendation. It aims to establish a new legislative proposal on restructuring and on businesses' second chance by the end of 2016. As well as conducting public consultations, Directorate General – Justice and Consumers commissioned this survey of businesses to explore issues pertaining to cross border debt.
The results by volumes are distributed as follows:
- Volume A: Countries

- Volume A' (AP): Trends
- Volume AA' (AAP): Trends of groups of countries
- Volume B: EU/socio-demographics
- Volume B' (BP) : Trends of EU/ socio-demographics
