The European Data Portal conducts an annual benchmark assessment of the current state of open data in the European Union and Europe in general. The Open Data Maturity Report (2019) covered the Member States, the EFTA countries as well as the UK, and assessed the countries on four dimensions: Open Data Policy, Open Data Portal, Open Data Impact, Open Data Quality. This report provides an overview of the top performers to enable learning from them and is structured along those dimensions.
