From which building epoch is your flat?
Morgenpost interaktiv launched an interactive map that uses Open Data about Berlin's buildings. The map allows to find out how old the building blocks in every neighbourhood are. Different colours show the decades in which today's Berlin was created. Almost one quarter of residential buildings that still stand today dates to the 1920s and 30s. Additional information provides details and background about the different epochs and how to identify them in Berlin architecture. Thereby the map works as a guide through architecture history from the late 19th century to 2016. Try out the map or visit Morgenpost interaktiv and get inspired by their other Open Data use cases.
