Special Eurobarometer 505: Making our food fit for the future – Citizens' expectations
Beskrivning
The Farm to Fork Strategy aims to develop a fair, healthy and environmentally-friendly food system in the EU. To gauge public knowledge of the current system and citizens’ appetite for change, this Special Eurobarometer aims to uncover their food buying and eating habits, find out what they believe constitutes ‘sustainability’, assess their willingness to switch to a healthier, more sustainable diet and find out who should be responsible for change. This survey was carried out in the 27 Member States of the European Union between 3 August and 15 September 2020 among 27,237 European citizens.
The results by volumes are distributed as follows:
- Volume A: Countries
- Volume AA: Groups of countries
- Volume A' (AP): Trends
- Volume AA' (AAP): Trends of groups of countries
- Volume B: EU/socio-demographics
- Volume B' (BP) : Trends of EU/ socio-demographics
